I have a solution for you, but because of the 4 foot loading height, you're going to need a ramp with some considerable length to it so that you can safely load this track machine. I recommend using the Gen-Y Hitch Aluminum Loading Ramps- 144" long # GH54FR, which will provide you with enough ramp length to load and unload this machine. Gen-Y prides themselves on the durability of their parts, so you're getting a heavy duty ramp set that should withstand some of the most difficult conditions. view full answer...
There are 2 base plate options for your 2007 Chevy Silverado Classic Z71. You could install MX base plates # 199-6 or XL base plates, # 199-5. In either case installation is moderately difficult and Roadmaster does recommend professional installation. But I have included links to the instructions for both kits so you can see what all is involved in the process.
In addition to the base plates you will also need a compatible tow bar, safety cables, lighting, and supplemental braking.

The first thing I need to tell you is that mobile home axles are designed for one-time use only by the manufacturers. Because of this replacement parts are nearly impossible to find. I would urge you to switch to regular axles so replacement parts are readily available. I have linked the axles we carry for you.
The main problem you might run into when adding another axle is wheel scrubbing. When making turns its likely that the front axle tires will drag on the ground. Also to maintain... view full answer...

For starters the Prodigy P3, part # 90195, is a great choice and will work great in your 2007 Chevy 2500.
In 2007 Chevy had a mid-year design change with the Silverado but I'm not certain if it applied to the 2500 or not. If yours is the prevoius style, commonly known as the Classic Body, then you're in luck and can use part # 3015-P to connect the P3 under your dash.
If there is a new body style for 2500, and that's what you have, there isn't a conenctor under the dash for a brake controller.... view full answer...
I took a look at the Aries Bull Bar with Removable Skid Plate # AA35-4001 you mentioned, and it doesn't appear to be a fit for your vehicle.
This bull bar will fit the 1999-2006 Chevrolet Silverado 1500's, and would use the Replacement Installation Hardware Kit for Aries Automotive Bull Bar # AABRKT35-4001.
However, since the hardware kits are specific to the bull bar and the vehicle, this option won't work for you. Instead, I recommend getting a bull bar that is confirmed to fit your... view full answer...

The Titan Brake Actuator, # T43397007K, that you referenced does not include a lockout system for backing your trailer. If you have a surge brake actuator that works well but doesn't have an electric lockout solenoid, # T4748800, can be added to allow you to back the trailer the same as adding it would work with the new actuator.
Along with the solenoid you will need a shield, # T4835800183, to protect the solenoid from damage, and you will need to upgrade the 4-Way connector on your... view full answer...
Trailer brakes are sized as needed to reach the stopping power required for the axle weight rating.
We have electric drum brakes for 2K axles that measure 7 x 1-1/4-inches and that work with 13-inch wheels, such as # AKEBRK-2 and we have brakes for 3K axles like # K23-473-00 and # K23-472-00 which are 10 x 1-1/2-inches and that also work with 13-inch wheels. Your axle should have a sticker or plate that indicates its weight rating. This will tell you the capacity of brake you need.
